Red Steel
The first F.P.S to be bulit for the wii, is it any good?

Presentation
This game took a very interesting approach to their menu by making it in japanese (don't worry, there are subtitles). Let us jump right into it, this game feature some average presentation marks for various reasons
1) Even though the menu is in japanese, it is a very good thing because it does relate to the games' setting and characters
2) The cut-scenes are somtimes good, other time REALLY BAD, let me explain, the good cut-scenes are the ones that are actually doing somthing (and by that i mean things move), the bad cut-scenes are the still framed comic book ones (they are horrible)

For these reasons, presentation gets a 5.5 out of 10 (menus' and ther good cut-scenes can't save the horrible ones')
Sound
This game probably had a conference when the developers were talking about which things the should put effort into, and I think I heard this line "So, who wants good sound" and then the room fell silent, they the all burst out and said "NEY". As you may have guessed, red steel did not put to much effort into sound at all, I will keep this short and sweet, while the shooting sounds are pretty good, it does drop the ball in the music and the only time it creates a mood is when the "shoosting" begins (sjoosting sounds better). For these reasons sound gets a 5 out of 10
Graphics
Before i continue, i have said in the past i really enjoyed red steel, but yet the game has got my lowest combined score out of presentation and sound, hey, maybe graphics will bump it up. Ok the graphics in this game are pretty ok, i mean there really is nothing to talk about, it looks like an average wii game should look like, since i will not go into detail, i will get a screenshot and you guys and gals be the judges

Gameplay
Hey gang, it is time for another episode of WHO CAN TIE ZELDA TWILIGHT PRINCESS GAMEPLAY SCORE. Tonight, on this episode we have red steel (applaud), this game features the most intuitive control scheme since duck hunt. Being serious now, this game really runs away from compition because of the wii-pointer shoosting, which takes a bit to get used to but once you do, thismay be the game thatconvinces you that the wii can have good shooters and shooters that can compete with gears of war. Anywho, the controls are very good once you get it, and yes, it will become a second nature. So there is still the question of will red steel have a better gameplay score than tp, NO, but it still gets a 9.4 out of 10

Four words: PLAY IT, IT'S AMAZING

Graphics: 7.5 (but you can judge that yourself if u don't like this score)

OVERALL: 8.4 Rent it first, if you like it, buy it (duh)

this will probably be one of the games that you will see on the shelf for 50% off and thats the time i will probably get this

Now that i have played red steel i have to disagree with the sound score i would have given it 9/10
(But im not wiird)

Yes the characters voices get annoying sometimes when they yell out the same thing throuought the levels but the music is the best i have experienced in a game yes better than halo and zelda and f-zero its amaizing better than some action movies even the western style guitar mixed with the eastern taiko drums and japanese opera sounds are so good.

yeah thats what i thought would have been good. and a little from the "5, 6. 7, 8's" would be cool too.
