To make a custom box art you have to had made it yourself and when posting it into this section just make a thread titled in your game you chose for the box art that you made Example:

Please tell me HOW THE HELL YOU DO IT!

Well the steps you should take are

1:First find a box art of a wii game that you like the size of
2:Remove all the images on the wii box art except the top wii bar and the nintendo logo and esrb rating
3:Find an appropriate background image for the box or make one
4:Insert the game logo which is usually the words
5: insert the main forground image usually the main character or something like that
6: make sure it looks right if not rearange it and then touch it up.
